I've discussed this cycle a bit, already: I'll be starting either Saturday the first or Monday; just depends on how I feel and if I want to start on the first of the month or on a Monday -- we'll see how I feel. This is the general jist of what I'll be doing final decisions will be updated in this first post for this part to reflect what I'm actually doing; both for the cycle and for PCT: I'll be working on putting together the meal plan s tomorrow at some point.
The initial plan is to have high protein and carbs and lower fat on workout days and then high fat and protein and little to no carbs on my off days.
If I'm going to be carb-cycling to some extent, I'll have to know that it's lift or no lift and no second guessing it. I've ran dermacrine in the past, but not the transaderm. I have 2 bottles, so I figure I'll use them I can always nab derma if I need to and am not getting the feeling I want. I've used var for the last few weeks of my summer cycle and loved it only a few weeks at mg, so this will be much different. I've never used Trenavar, so that'll be interesting to judge, as will the Xosterone.
Since I'm running it so high, I have no reason to use any of the Abliderate topical fat loss products on cycle; I very well may add that into PCT to keep cortisol in check. But I also may toss in some Eviscerate while on cycle if I feel like it. I'm used to the GW, as well, so nothing new there. The Garcinia Cambogia is something I've never ran yet, but have heard that it's great at a very high dose, so that's what I'm doing.
Not sure if I'll need forma on cycle, but I'll have it on hand just in case. May also run some P5P just to be safe with the Trenavar and I actually have caber on hand if need be, too though after having some high prolactin issues in the past, non cycle-related, it's consistently tested low OOR since.
Anyway, I did TONS of homework on this and am very safe, weigh it myself to the milligram , and still only used it as a last resort. It is not pleasant at all. At a low dose, it doesn't feel all that bad, but once it climbs, it's very, very unpleasant. But it was worth it for the results for me going from to over a few months.
I say mg, but it may be anywhere from the low end to the high end or somewhere in between. It just varies on the day based on what I have to do because of the half-life of the compound and how long it's in your system. That will likely be one that I'm not updating on a daily basis as far as what I did to the T.
Again, I cannot stress enough how much I recommend never touching this. PCT is where I'm open to suggestion. Plan on adding in D-Test and was considering Unleashed, though it may be overkill.
Been wanting to try the MHO Poppers, but not sure how well they'd fit in with the rest, either. And I'll be running a very low dose of MK along with all of that. Again, not sure if I'll need forma, but I'll have it. Other than that, some basics I'll be using throughout: Any questions, fire away. Glad to have you in here, bro. I don't take it lightly and it's only in play because I got up to pounds without it and tried everything under the sun to fix it and DNP was the only thing that allowed me to lose any weight more than fluctuations of lbs. No negative sides whatsoever from that dose.
I'll have some days I bump it higher on cycle before off days, most likely. And I'm looking to hit about 3, kcal on my lifting days and then around 2, on off days. Did you happen to pick his brain on changing macros for those 2 days but keeping calories near the same? Also, if you post pics, you've GOT to suit up that lime green leotard lookin thing.
