I think the OP should heed the advice of some of the more experienced people here, so don't get me wrong regarding that part - but please, cut the kid some slack! He does not look that bad, and to say he looks like he only started training 2 days ago, or that he has never trained is insulting, and a bit exaggerated IMO. I can personally say that I do train my ass off and put ALOT into this; our bodies don't all respond in the same way, and I think I should look better by now too but it is what it is.
