TestimonialsGood starting pay, but no review or increase after that. No raise, low t center reviews constantly adding more work and testosterone enanthate pills for sale. Was told during interviews that there would be opportunities for pay increases and advancement, but when I asked for an increase after 4 years, I was told that my salary was capped and I would never get an increase. You do not get paid for unused vacation when you put in your notice. I was told upon hire there would be K and there never was.

Sorry to hear your time with LTC has ended. We've evolved and grown a ton over the 4 years you were with us and much has changed during that time. Thank you for participating in that evolution! We of course review performance annually and raises are provided based on merit and attainment of performance standards.
Additionally, all staff participate in quarterly bonus opportunities based on center performance and growth, so overall compensation is above industry norms.
We certainly want high achievers and pay handsomely for those exceeding performance expectations! Implementing a k is a potential benefit that has been on our radar for sometime, but we have not had enough employee support for this benefit to warrant the implementation.
We wish you all the best in your future endeavors! The openness to developing employees to function at the level to be expected is great! They have their own e-learning that is top notch and is used in daily work flow to help incorporate skills to on the job training. If you are willing to learn and be open to new ideas, all the while applying great customer service and broadening your skill set, this is the company you want to grow with. You MUST be a team player.
The hours are extended, but that does not mean you will work more than a full time employee should. So glad you're enjoying LTC and digging in to all the learning and skill development. We love active learners and team players - they are a must to any successful business! Small number of employees in each office. Pretty easy to learn and its repetitive with each patient. No room for advancement. Raises aren't given when deserved. Easy to get looked over and taken advantage of.
Owner only cares about his money. Sorry your time at LTC hasn't been enjoyable. Raises and bonuses are part of every team member's comp plan - though must be earned through performance.
We hope you have found a better fit for your career goals! A horrible place to work. Management treats people terribly and there's zero structure from the top down. No investment in its own employees, only use them as a profit. We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your time at LTC. Our team members are so important to us, and it's unacceptable for anyone to be treated poorly.
The hours are terrible, working late one day and working Saturdays is not ideal. Thank you for your feedback. Glad you are enjoying your role as a Client Account Manager!
The hours for the CAM position are communicated at length during the interview process: Saturdays are on a rotation and the hours for a CAM total slightly over 40 per week. Thanks for your feedback. We're proud to offer above industry standard pay with additional bonus opportunities along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Our hours are clearly communicated and are designed to offer availability and flexibility for our patients, resulting in our full-time CDs working between hours per week. We agree we aren't the right fit for everyone, and where we have that great fit, the hours are not an issue given the comp package, positive work environment and impact made on patient lives.
Hourly pay is great. Sometimes the owner gives us tickets to football games and other events. No growth for more patients. Bad bonus structure People over Corporate have no medical experience, making it tough to understand for them. Work Saturday's No lunch breaks. Our bonus structure has been highly successful with most centers reaching bonus during the year.
We are open 4 hours each Saturday to accommodate our patients' busy schedule and they have responded by making Saturday one of our busiest days of the week. Our goal is to provide the choices our patients need while asking our teams to cover 2 Saturdays per month each. We acknowledge we aren't the right fit for everyone however and hope you find a better fit for your needs.
Good experience with their in house lab procedures, decent pay. Absolute terrible management, travel was a lot with no reimbursement. We're glad you enjoyed learning in our on-site lab and enhancing your skills while enjoying above Industry standard compensation. We're sorry management didn't meet your expectations though not exactly sure what your experience was there, or what happened that wasn't to your liking.
Most of our team members do not travel unless they are specifically hired to be a float, the compensation for which is clearly stated during the offer stage. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Finding a permanent location to work at, can't miss work if you're sick, just all around bad place to work.
We certainly provide sick days and encourage all staff to take those days when they are ill. We are sorry your experience at LTC was not to your expectations and wish you all the best. Do not charge patients It is illegal and unethical to charge a patient more than his insurance co-pay. That is what this company does in January to increase profits. As a company, we are proud to offer a complete benefits solution to include medical, dental, vision, paid holidays and paid time off that is in place from your first day of employment.
