I'm thinking about joining the keto community and I have me a bad case of moobs, has anyone here had any success losing them through keto? Le bal direne nemirovsky analyse would be much appreciated! Keto moobs do you recommend for a good zero keto moobs drink. I keto moobs myself wanting to drink coffee more and more because of the reduced energy levels. Really I didn't realize sports drinks could be okay but I guess the zero annotation suggests no sugar. So you eat just a shake after working out I assume in the morning?

Really I didn't realize sports drinks could be okay but I guess the zero annotation suggests no sugar. So you eat just a shake after working out I assume in the morning? What about the whole thing where you need to eat six times a day or where if you eat too few calories you'll lose muscle and so on?
I admit this way of yours sounds really attractive to me because I am really sick of preparing meals and meals and carrying tupperwares and so on I'm going to give this a try dude thanks, I've been doing the frequent meals thing but it has me so exhausted with the preparation and the portioning and the washing dishes and tupperware etc etc that I am near giving it up. There will probably be some adjustment period or even may not end up being for me but I'll give it a good shot.
What do you mean by "instant breakfast"? You mean the high glucose spiking instant oatmeal kind of instant breakfast?
Whenever I've heard of instant breakfast, it's always been in reference to instant oatmeal. I think ninjetron is talking about this not oatmeal. Yeah I used to work out before everyday but not on keto. Do you just mean any kind of workouts as long as they make you sore? As in kind of vary them out? I am now lbs. It doesn't matter how you lose your weight, though.
Gyno is either all fat, all glandular tissue, or most commonly a mixture of both, which is what I have. Glandular tissue is the same as in a woman's breast, sometimes complete with milk ducts. This grows in men as a result of increased estrogen levels, and is most common during puberty where hormones go bat-shit crazy. This usually goes away after puberty, but sometimes stays around.
The ONLY way to get rid of glandular tissue is with surgery. Gyno is actually extremely common, but some cases are more severe than others. Your doctor can diagnose what type of gyno you have if weight loss doesn't help. For a lot of guys with gyno, their bodies just seem to want to hold onto that excess fat hell or high water.
I didn't start losing mine until I had lost about 40 pounds. If your moobs are only fat though, you should be able to lose them when you lose enough weight. One thing to keep in mind also is fat cells actually create estrogen. So overweight guys will often have glandular gyno because they are overweight, which sticks around after losing the fat. Depending on the type of moobs you have, significant weight loss will probably get rid of some, if not most of your problem.
However, there is a chance you will need surgery to get rid of it all. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions. It's really shitty thing to have to deal with, but don't feel embarrassed about it. Like I said, it's very common. Worst case you will need surgery for it, which runs a couple thousand dollars. Not the end of the world, and it's almost guaranteed to be gone for life at that point. I'm also 5'6" starting at and hopefully I'll be able to get as far as you. Bench press, bench press, bench press.
Helps a ton, I would recomend doing a mixture of high weight low rep bench coupled with high rep push ups. If you can only do 2 or 3 push ups then just do as many as you can times a week. Also decline bench press is your friend.
I would actually argue against this, at least until OP has lost some weight. Since bench presses increase the size of the muscle behind moobs, it can actually make the condition look worse since it makes them look more prominent. The building of muscle seems to both tighten up the area as well as promote accelerated fat loss in the immediate area, at least for me it did. Before I even tried losing any weight I used to lift weights.
Even though I was gaining weight I kept getting congratulated on the "fat loss". Really it all came from the build up of muscle and my moobs have improved greatly. But you can only go so far in weight lifting, eventually you need to lose weight.
This would essentially be 'spot training', which is generally agreed upon to be a myth. It's not possible to pick and choose which areas of your body you will burn fat on.
If this were true, you would see fat guys with 6-pack abs. However, muscle growth is a fantastic way to burn calories overall. Anyone looking to lose fat should hit the weights as well. Even if you don't change your diet, putting on some muscle will immediately result in a higher baseline metabolic rate, meaning you burn more calories just by sitting on your ass and doing normal day-to-day stuff. In your case though, I'm not suggesting you are lying or anything.
For me, building up my pectorals made my gyno look way worse. But depending on your body type, it might make them look better. It might depend on the type of gyno you have also fatty vs glandular. I have also heard working out your back muscles helps with gyno since it stretches your skin, but who knows This is also largely a myth. Sure, you burn more calories with more muscle.
But it is really an insignificant amount more that it's not even worth thinking about. Don't build muscle to burn more calories. Build muscle to look good and have a healthy functioning body. Sorry, I should have phrased that differently. I meant more going about your regular routine; walking, exercising, whatever. It takes more calories to do normal things. Your basal metabolic rate might be an extra 5 calories a day per pound of body weight, but if you do exercise like jogging, you will burn more than just 5.
There was another post I found on reddit that explained it all really well; i'll try to find it and post here. But you are right; even with exercise, it's not a significant amount of extra calories. But every little bit does help. Plus you are right; you will look better and have a better functioning body, more capable body that is more capable of exercise.
I've actually heard this a lot more often and it seems to be the universal consensus on the topic but regardless weightlifting will burn something or another. For my bro that was the first thing to go! I even told pointed it out to him that his man boobs were gone! I hope they go away fast. I'm ridiculously self conscious about them and I know it turned my ex off even though she never told me about it.
Good on your brother this gives me hope! Just stick to the diet and you will be fine. I wanted to comment about my brother to not only give you hope but different perspectives since some argue its not the first thing to go but in the case of my bro, it just happened that way. I'm and 5'6" they are not like super saggy or anything, they are a little perky but there.
